1. Service Description
Maillint.com provides an email validation service, available as a limited free tool and as a hosted subscription-based tool. Our hosting location is within the European Union (EU).
2. Subscriptions & Refund Policy
- Monthly Subscription: No refunds are provided for one-month subscriptions.
- Annual Subscription: Refunds are available for unused months, excluding the current month. Applicable taxes are non-refundable.
3. Data Storage & Privacy
We store only essential login data (such as email and password). We do not collect or store phone numbers or physical addresses. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.
4. Data Security
Our tool uses Redis caching, configured to automatically reset and permanently delete all uploaded email lists after processing. This ensures that customer-uploaded data is not retained beyond its intended use.
5. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Use the service only for lawful purposes.
- Not upload or process data that you do not have the legal right to use.
- Ensure that your use of the service complies with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.
6. Limitation of Liability
Maillint.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of email validation results.
